At ETHNICWISH, your trust is our priority. We are committed to providing fine-quality clothing, thoughtful finishing and helpful customer support. Every outfit undergoes two quality checks before dispatch.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. We offer easy 15-day returns on eligible items, subject to the conditions below.

15-day return window

Contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through ethnicwish.com. Personalised and made-to-measure items have the exclusions explained below.

Return conditions

Eligible items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered. You may carefully try on your outfit to check the fit.

• In their original condition, with all tags attached.

• Returned with all included pieces and accessories.

• Free from stains, perfume, makeup marks or damage caused after delivery.

Please retain the original packaging wherever possible.

Personalised and made-to-measure items

Outfits stitched or altered to your individual measurements or personalised specifications cannot be returned 

Choosing a regular standard size alone does not make an outfit personalised. Applicable customisation exclusions will be explained before purchase.

Share your order number and the item you wish to return. You may also provide a reason or photographs to help us assist you.

We will provide instructions for preparing and sending your parcel. Please contact us before shipping so we can identify your return correctly.

Send your parcel within 15 calendar days of notifying us, unless a different arrangement is agreed.

Return shipping and costs

Customers arrange and pay for return shipping to our warehouse in India for returns under our voluntary return policy

Use a reliable, tracked courier, pack the items securely and retain your shipping receipt. Include your order number inside the parcel and share the tracking details with our support team.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be initiated within five business days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method.

The refund will reflect the amount paid for the returned items after discounts. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not charge a restocking or handling fee.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund. Payments processed in USD will be refunded in USD. Currency conversion rates or charges applied by your payment provider may affect the amount received in your local currency.

If a return does not meet the conditions of this policy, we will explain the reason and discuss the available next steps.
